Cancellations

Product Order Cancellation Policy

All of our products are custom-made, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production.

Once your order has gone into production, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution, depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Donation and Tip Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips cannot be canceled or refunded. Once you have completed payment for a donation or tip, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current subscription period ends. There are no refunds or cancellations for the current subscription period.

Damage/Quality Issues

For faster resolution, please include a photo demonstrating the print quality issue or the damaged area of ​​the item, along with your order number. The best photos are of a flat surface, with the label and the error clearly visible.

Refund Policies

Product Order Cancellation Policy

Because these products are custom-made, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders, except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide a photo demonstrating the quality issue.

PayPal: Any processed refund will be reflected in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Cards: Any refund processed via credit/debit card will be reflected in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donation and Tip Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you've completed payment for your donation or tip, we can't cancel or refund it.

Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel your subscription at any time, and this cancellation will be effective at the end of your subscription period. There are no refunds for the current subscription period.

Blocked Message Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you've completed payment for your locked message, we can't cancel or refund it. If you have trouble accessing your locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.soulsharehealth.com. We'll be happy to troubleshoot the issue and find a solution for you.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

International Orders

Will I have to pay additional taxes on my order if I'm outside the U.S.?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. Charges vary by country, and we are currently unable to calculate them in advance. For more information on your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is imposed on your package, you will be responsible for paying it.
